Implementing Strategic Green Sourcing

At Native Green, we understand the methodology to controlling life cycle cost and reducing supply chain risk. We leverage product design and technology to drive down costs, we utilize certified manufacturing processes to enforce quality, and employ enterprise wide fulfillment tools to ensure on-time delivery. Many of our products impact the post-sale supply chain costs associated with operating, such as local shipping, warehousing, stocking, damages and dunnage. Our pricing models are competitive for all levels of procurement. As an added value, Native Green products contribute to safer work practices, employee compliance, healthier employees, and less adverse environmental impact, which will significantly reduce total cost.

Government Team Leaders

Bradley M Lott, Major General, U.S. Marine Corps (Ret)

General Lott leads the company’s activities relating to government contracting, performance measurement/management, and supply chain logistical programs. General Lott retired from the US Marine Corps after 34 years of service culminating with his assignment as the Deputy Commanding General, Marine Corps Combat Development Command where he led a predominately civilian professional staff in research, education, experimentation, and requirements determination. He also served as the Marine Corps Principal Representative to the Joint Capabilities Board where he represented the Corps’ interests in the joint capability acquisition process.

Prior to his assignment to the Pentagon, General Lott commanded the Marine Corps Materiel Command, Albany, Georgia, later renamed Marine Corps Logistics Command from June of 2001 to June of 2003. The Marine Corps Logistics Command is comprised of a majority civilian work force responsible for world-wide supply chain management; the materiel readiness of all maritime pre-positioned ship equipment and stocks; multi-commodity maintenance depot operations; and logistics IT program development.
